Today
So today is Thursday. I had to have the alarm go off to get up today. Exercising is tiring. I think that if I had known how much better I slept when doing exercises, I think I might have been more likely to do it. Oh well, hindsight is 20/20 right?
I think that I may be down about seven pounds. I have been weighing myself every other day and seems that it's consistent. I am skeptically optimistic about it. I need to focus more on my diet and what actually goes into my body.
How about you? How's your diet? Do you have any healthy websites that you use to help you along? What are they?

My diet goes up and down...sometimes I impress even myself and then there are days that I am disgusted! I have been looking at food that are supposed to help you with weight loss and surprisingly some of these food are the ones that I like a lot. I just have to eat them! Some of them include cabbage, cucumbers, garlic, foods high in calcium, asparagus, and beets. There are others of course but I can't remember them right now. Also fish will make you feel fuller longer then beef or chicken because of the type of protein that it is. I decided to try this and for the last three weeks I have made sure that Ryan and I eat fish twice a week (healthy fish). Ryan hates salmon so no salmon (which makes me sad cuz I love salmon). So far it is working! Weird eh? Who knew? I guess the challenge is for you to find a fish that you like and eat it! LOL
